I don’t look at JDM import sites. Makes me legitimately sad for all the stuff I can’t have. But also, sometimes I do. Let’s see what we’ve got:

!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , manual. Rare I suppose, probably only available in Japan. Not sure why there aren’t more in Australia since so many of our Evos are imported anyway. Guess Brian O’Connor didn’t have a wagon...

!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Weird Italian-styled car based on the Leopard coupe. Nobody asked for it, nobody wanted it, 104 built.

!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . Not cheap at $48k AUD, might keep its value.

!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . This means it has the white paint and mis-matching seats of the S660 concept, if not that car’s cool lighting arrangement.

Touch of far away hills and their greenness about this though. An S660 to take one example sounds like a good idea but the reality is probably a slow, cramped little car that’s a deathtrap in an encounter with anything bigger.

I understand those MX-5 coupes to be a very, very rare car.  Probably isn’t ever going to lose value.

It does say 1 of 40. Still, it’s a lot of money, it’s not like you’re getting in before the boom. Perhaps one day it’ll be worth half a mil but it’s hard to see that far ahead right now.

Yeah yeah you’re totally right , it takes a special sort of commitment to own a kei. I’ve got an MR2 so by comparison the S660 is similar yet more expensive, less practical, and probably slower to boot.

Still cool though.

I like the Copen...but it makes that Roadster look like a bargain.

Similar thing locally in Aus with Suzuki Capuccinos. Smaller, slower, worse than an MX-5...but for some reason the prices on them are huge.
